All parts are cut from quality yellow pine lumber, pre-roughened and ready for assembly. Each interior surface has been permenantly roughened by hand in various directions for the best "batholds" possible. Both white and black roofing paper is supplied upon request (see color chart for your area). Includes 16-page manual with complete finishing, site determination, installation, and maintenance instructions. Approved by Bat Conservation International. Invented and built in Pennsylvania.
